The programme is broken into 4 levels, with each gradually more intense than the last. The Classic Pastry humanities Programme will teach you all there is to know about making the ideal pastries. Under the stewardship of Jaques Torres, one of the youngest receivers of the respected "Meilleur Ouvrier de France Ptissier " Award, you'll be on the way to success.
Graduates will receive "Le Diplome du Boulanger " on successful completion of these courses. Michael Lansing fancies himself a cook in the making, and spends much of his day experimenting in the kitchen.
